Anyone knows how to stop downloading video when using Quasar?

Quasar will resume the donload after I quit Kodi and open it again.
How to stop the download?

check your quasar settings - a little confusing but u can set it NOT to save when u quit.

if u still have some saved, u manually go to the data folder to delete the files.

Quasar settings.. Set to ask if to delete or save files after playback. This will always ask you if to keep/continue or delete.. Regardless of if you watched a second or finished it. Choosing to delete will delete the files too.

But, what if I click on save the file when I quit kodi and I want to stop the download when I enter kodi again?

when u save n quit, partial file will be saved.

when u go back in again, go back to that link, activate n play it.

then u decide if u want to continue or quit, stop DL, don't save.

hey guys quick question, is it possible to setup kodi to be like astro's user interface and watch shows with a remote control? doing it for my mom that likes to watch chinese shows.

Yes and no. Yes cuz doing such requires a lot of tech know how and additional hardware beyond a media player and TV. Long time back, a user did such.. Search YouTube for his setup. No, cuz Astro isn't easily replaced. Proprietary hardware and software, millions of dollars spent in R&D to keep it the way it is. However, look up EPG for Kodi and services that use such. Some private ehem iptv do good jobs of maintaining it. Can't discuss much more than that. Google is your friend.
