Quasar has been updated to v0.9.73.. Confirmed working again. Doesn't appear to be in the official repo (thru Kodi), so had to download the zip file from the official website. Manual installation. It'll overwrite the previous buggy version.

However, for those who would like a straight up install guide and can handle the rest....? Simply download and install from Zip files. Official repo will be installed as well.

I googled and try 'long click' and select playto then will be able to select device but the option not there.

kodi 16.1 - go to the * at bottom left of home screen next to power/exit; if u do not see it, u r not getting the full screen.
kodi 17.0 - so obvious, right there in the center of home screen.

ic drama been working for 2 weeks now; azdrama is still kaput.
if yr ic drama is not working, u r not using the right repo/plugin/addon.
search in this thread and/or google - been discussed many times in the last month or 2.
