Hi recently want to try bend copper tube for my pc and do some powder coating. Not sure how many have tried it. I will post it here the finished product if anybody want to try it will provide contact number to the powder coat guy.
Also powdercoat my gpu blocks not sure for cpu yet.
Anybody interested on copper tube for their pc do let me know as will just pass u the price that we get buying the copper tube. I will update here if its a success or failure xd.

Status :-
1. Order 14mm copper tube with 2mm thickness. Waiting for parts to arrive. Thus copper tubes can use for 14mm barrow fittings.
2. Items arrived at shop today, went to collect.

The copper tube fits perfectly with 14mm barrow fittings

There was a problem i order 2mm thickness copper tube which is strong enough to kill people. So wasted that i get the soft copper bender cause this thing literally doesnt bend.


Change plan to full fittings build. Taught of bending but now cannot for sure






Need to send the copper to powdercoat including gpu and cpu blocks. Aluminium rads need to powdercoat too. Since previous paint job is bad.

Planning to do the loop fully rigid. No flexible tubing even at bottom or top.

Send to shop for powdercoating. Should be getting stuff by this friday.

Item finish earlier then expected. Its in my car. Excited yeah.

Manage to get a morning shot today. So project so far so good.

Even the cpu thumb screw was powdercoated. Also waiting for new panel replacement since send to someone and they fail to drill hole properly.

I still have 2 meter copper rod left if anywhone interested. Powdercoating cost me rm 150 for all. After i receive my panels the build should be done. Order some fittings once arrived will do full rigid petg tubing for tubing path at the bottom and top. Once done will update here.
Powdercoating is only for metal surfaces. So if u have aryclic cpu or gpu block u cant powdercoat. U can also powdercoat ur metal cases. They do provide sand blasting service to remove old powdercoated surfaces. For old paint they just use the paint remover instead. Powdercoating comes in variety of colour like white, blue, green, red, silver any many other colours.
