Sooner you will realize that you have chosen a right company to work with. Don't listen to others and judge the company by yourself.

Hi please correct your point before posting your message here. What kind of allowances are you looking for? Doesn’t Emerio recruiter have explained to you what you will be offered before accepting this job? Let's understand this is an entry level to IT, starting from fresh grad to less than a year experience. On top of medical leave, AL, ML, hospitalization and other common benefits entitled you have been offered decent salary. You're not a TL or manager whom entitled for other benefits such as mobile, internet and ect. You should be proud and lucky enough to get this job.

Hi Cherilyn,
I hope you’re not blind. Please go and read the email and other attachments once again before posting your message. That’s not a job offer however it’s merely a proposal which indicating about your compensation, benefits and other terms & conditions for your acceptance after shortlisted on the phone screening stage. You will be asked to attend a face to face interview with the company or client if you have been further shortlisted. The letter of employment would finally been released if the client had shortlisted or selected you. Please don’t mix up job proposal and letter of employment. If you don’t know how to differentiate please go and find some information or ask someone for more details.
1. Carl666 is merely stating there's no extra allowance. Is this not a fact? Added on December 9, 2012, 1:24 am

2. "You should be proud and lucky enough to get this job." - Not a very nice thing to say, he's not begging for a job, you employ, he works, and you pay for his service.
3. You response to cherilyn is self-explanatory. I hope you're not blind.

Dear Jackal1950 and decypher. Your responses seems like you are our competitor who is trying to create some bad impressions among the job seekers. Please refrain. Neither I’m hostile nor unfriendly. My advice is bloggers should write the actual facts. If it’s true let’s point out the true fact and no point defending themselves by manipulating the facts. My earlier responses prevailed that some bloggers have given false information. Some people are trying to tarnish the reputation of the company. Nevertheless Folks should understand that these involves the livelihood of thousand employees. Let’s realize the world is small and one day someone from your own family could be working here.
Your choice of words are rather SHARP if you're not hostile. Let's realize this world is small, we could be nice and make the world a better place.
