Sooner you will realize that you have chosen a right company to work with. Don't listen to others and judge the company by yourself.

Hi please correct your point before posting your message here. What kind of allowances are you looking for? Doesn’t Emerio recruiter have explained to you what you will be offered before accepting this job? Let's understand this is an entry level to IT, starting from fresh grad to less than a year experience. On top of medical leave, AL, ML, hospitalization and other common benefits entitled you have been offered decent salary. You're not a TL or manager whom entitled for other benefits such as mobile, internet and ect. You should be proud and lucky enough to get this job.

Hi Cherilyn,
I hope you’re not blind. Please go and read the email and other attachments once again before posting your message. That’s not a job offer however it’s merely a proposal which indicating about your compensation, benefits and other terms & conditions for your acceptance after shortlisted on the phone screening stage. You will be asked to attend a face to face interview with the company or client if you have been further shortlisted. The letter of employment would finally been released if the client had shortlisted or selected you. Please don’t mix up job proposal and letter of employment. If you don’t know how to differentiate please go and find some information or ask someone for more details.

1. Carl666 is merely stating there's no extra allowance. Is this not a fact?
2. "You should be proud and lucky enough to get this job." - Not a very nice thing to say, he's not begging for a job, you employ, he works, and you pay for his service.
3. You response to cherilyn is self-explanatory. I hope you're not blind. laugh.gif

Dear Jackal1950 and decypher. Your responses seems like you are our competitor who is trying to create some bad impressions among the job seekers. Please refrain.  Neither I’m hostile nor unfriendly. My advice is bloggers should write the actual facts. If it’s true let’s point out the true fact and no point defending themselves by manipulating the facts. My earlier responses prevailed that some bloggers have given false information. Some people are trying to tarnish the reputation of the company. Nevertheless Folks should understand that these involves the livelihood of thousand employees. Let’s realize the world is small and one day someone from your own family could be working here.

Your choice of words are rather SHARP if you're not hostile. Let's realize this world is small, we could be nice and make the world a better place.

1) Carl666 is merely stating there's no extra allowance. Is this not a fact?
--> From his point of view yes that’s a fact but before hiring the candidate will be provided suffcient details. Job will only be offered after the candidate accepted all T&C. If no allowances given then the person should rather look for another opportunity that offering better benefts. Was he forced to accept Emerio's offer? Emerio recruiter will always ensure to provide true information at all time.

Could you please read his initial post again?
He was asking if anyone has any knowledge on Emerio-CIMB IT Helpdesk Project located in Bukit Damansara. What is the working environment?
At the same time, he shared his remuneration package- RM2,400, no extra allowance, only medical insurance.

Why are you not answering his intended questions but lambasting him on saying there's no extra allowance? Which is purely a statement- of course this information is provided by the recruiter hence he's aware there's no extra allowance. He didn't even complain he was forced to take up the offer. Or has he mentioned anything about accepting the job?

And obviously, people will take up better offer that comes along.  nod.gif

--> Yes agree, no one is begging for a job. Of few candidates who had been shortlisted, he/she could be one of the luckiest who found a job. Of course he/she should be proud while many still living without a job and food.

Of course we must count our blessings we are not jobless. That sentence has the intonation that I give you a rice bowl and you should feel proud and lucky. Lucky or not is not up to you to tell him.
Employees and employers should show one another respect and appreciation.

You should read and understand the content before responding.
Even if someone really mistaken a proposal letter for an employment letter, do you have to be so harsh?
Your responses are not only unfriendly, it gives a bad vibe. Instead of being friendly and helpful in clearing people's doubts towards your organization, you've just managed to show how mean and angry you are. Font with red highlight. Really?
Naturally, people will relate you to the organization since you seem like speaking on behalf of it. Because of that, it also leads us to think whether it's such a nice place to work afterall.

Dark Aeon...It won't be taking much time for me to be harsh or impolite on you but that's not my intention. Hope you understand.

This is not the kind of messages your company would want others to pick up.
