i had a 7-month terrible experience with Emerio.. I got a job in one company in Cyberjaya but as a contractor, so the company ask me to choose from 6 agencies, I chose Emirio just because it's the only agency in Cyberjaya.. Emerio gave me the 1st problem even before my 1st day.. I already nego n agreed my salary with the company, it was already above my expectation, then without my knowledge Emirio renegotiated it (to get more commissions I guess).. the company HR then called me asking why I rejected their offer.. luckily they called me, so I managed to explain to them that I didn't ask Emirio to renegotiate.. I almost lost that job! I got many allowances - shift allowance, MC, insurance, high-skill alowance, etc and every month there must be at least one allowance missing.. I had been complaining to them every month, I even emailed their managing director.. but no change.. I was then offered a permanent job by the company.. then I made my last complaint to Emirio because of missing allowances (more than 2k) and EPF contribution (almost 5k), I even made complaint to EPF too.. I waited for 2 weeks before Emirio feedback to me that they did nothing wrong, but EPF then replied that Emirio gave wrong information.. a rude Emirio guy (who was rude to me everytime I met him) told his boss that I made too much complaints and making stories because I was upset the company did not extend my contract.. I knew this because they were not clever enough, they didn't edit their internal email before replying to me.. then I replied to them, of course my contract is not extended but why should I upset, I'll become their permanent employee soon and I can't wait to get rid of you!
during my time they had a small office in Cyberview, now you can see how big is their building, they really make profits from our suffering.. my colleagues from Philiphines and Pakistan also had the same issues, the last time I heard, that rude guy is still there, behaving as rude as ever.. maybe he has his own room now..

4K+allowance is not bad.. but read carefully your contract.. check your payslip, EPF, etc every month.. i didn't see my self as their employee, but customer, because they earn money from us, so if something goes wrong, fight for your rights.. good luck!
