Because Emerio never did anything wrong to HP? They only did wrong to their own staff.
Any happenings within these outsources' companies, are none of HP's business.
Why must HP be bothered with their internal affairs? As long Emerio give what they're contracted to, which is to give manpower, thats good enough.
Ppl come and go. Never really effected Emerio's relationships with HP.
Cant blame HP on that. Even if HP's name effected by this; their main businesses are not in Malaysia.

Ya it sucks. So choose carefully.
