lololol...there really lack of people right now..my friends just quit from emerio-HP as windows asministrator,,only for 4-5months working..he said a lot of his senior also quit..

this is what my friends told me, some of things that bother him,
1) no of tickets everyday is 250 :| -->but usually more coz sometime ticket will be flooding out of nowhere.. my previous company i only handle 10 ticket a day and my salary much more higher than him
2) you are not troubleshoot anything, everything is escalated to next level
3) low salary
4)forced to OT
5)have to work on CNY
6)forced to replace people
7)must finished ticket by end of shift if not will get warning letter??geezzz..
