I am a Shell contractor through Emerio. I’ve been submitting my timecard on time and never had problem with my salary. The hourly rate with OT and double pay each month made my monthly income even higher than monthly fix rate. Fjoru103, just calculate and see.

Is there anything wrong to be a newbie into this forum LOL..!! Although I’m newbie but I am not defending either. I 'm not sure in which way some of you had bad experience with Emerio but in my case I never had any such experience. It's none of business to talk whether new or old blogger though I'm giving some inputs to Djoru03 of my exp with Shell-IT. To be honest Emerio folks have clarified me well before I'm accepting their offer because I do not want to lose my current job just for extra $$$. During their phone interview I was told the salary would be paid on hourly rate so I though of dropping my plan to join Emerio however when I realised their package is far better than my current package so.. I accpeted. So, who cares whether Emerio is good or bad ...LOL...as long they paid what I asked for? When you are looking for a new job you should know what is your expectations and should have NOT grumble after accepting the offer, then it's your fault. If you're not happy with thier T&C then look for some other opportunities.Has anyone forced you to work with EMERIO/HP/SHELL-IT/PETRONAS..ETC..ETC?..LOL

You know what... long ago I was admiring on some expensive stuffs such as Apple IPAD, Samsung Galaxy latest Phone..the white one ha.. hehe, latest Sports rim for my SATRIA and etc.. unfortunately I can’t effort to buy in the past because my income was low moreover my previous company a bit stingy, don’t give good increment although I was loyal for years and upgrading my skills. But now I own those stuffs one after another since working with Shell-IT/Emerio ...LOL.. after getting my salary each month. Although I don’t care whether Shell-IT/Emerio is good or bad but at least I should thank them because I could live happily now and owns what I admired at. They do recognize my personal qualities by offering what I asked for because they knew I deserve for it. If they don’t offer me what I expected then I would have negotiated further or perhaps bouchap lo..!!!..
In fact I am very ambitious on this New Year (Dragon year) Maa...good to own a house and double the income in the next few years. I’m still attending a course after work that relevant to my current profession. Remember “what goes around comes around”. So work hard and be ambitious. You will succeed one day.

Bro...currylaks..It's up to you becuase when someone tell the truth you feel it's fake..anyway your apology is accepted. Partially If you're not getting my hidden message then please read the post once again. People never put effort in thier life will remain stagnant.Only talks bad about others. Since i'm happpy so why can't others? SO WHAT'S WRONG WITH OTHERS FOR NOT BEING HAPPY? I'm just disappointed with some of you for ruining others life without doing more research. It got nothing to do with Emerio/Shell-IT but people like us. What should other employers feel one day if would say we're from Emerio/Shell-IT when I feel some facts here seems incorrect..ha?

I left Emerio after my contract over. My friend is jobless now and he is desperately looking for a Job. Any help?
