FFK can leads to minor or major blacklisting depending on the situation. Sometimes victim of FFK is willing to "let it go" then he/she just don't complain here.

In this seller's case, he is clearly furious over his wasted time, hence he reported here to :

1) warn people about this FFKer.
2) maybe get this guy listed in minor blacklist
3) get explanation from FFK, maybe it wasn't intentional. Meaning sales can still proceed.
