Well, i'm not too sure about this, but, as i may offer you lolhalol, i can be with you in the comparison review, and to my suggestion, we should use a pentium D rig as it's the hottest processor ever built by Intel...

We two will review each heatsink, using both of our rig as test setup.
We will do the review on either of our house, either we do it at my house, or at you're house... icon_rolleyes.gif
We won't do the review on separate places...

Should you choose to do at you're house, i'll bring my rig to you're house.
Should you choose to do at my house, you'll bring you're rig to my house.

Example:
While i test a noctua NH-U12F on my pentium D rig, you test an Ultra 120 on you're AMD rig.
And when i'm done testing NH-U12F on my pentium D rig, we will swap the heatsink, you will test Ultra 120, and i will test NH-U12, and it goes on until all heatsinks has been tested on both of our rig...

I'm here just to give some opinion, should someone not agree with this, i'm okay with it smile.gif

That is a good idea. This way will be more comparison for the cooler for Intel & AMD proc...then we can know which cooler work better for Intel and which cooler work better for AMD... icon_rolleyes.gif

btvx is mid range because , firstly to me it aint high end, tr and noctua are high end, where they make hsfs alone, or their core business is hsfs. tt makes alot of other usefull and unusefull things. secondly, u dun get the build quality of highend hsfs, it performes , but can it be consistent? i bet u that if i test 20 btvx, only 8~10 will performe well... my source? me.....

irangan/sanko

guys if u guys go down there, please do check the prices for the zerotherm hsfs.... thx ya...

@shawty
bro depends how lah... maybe we can have a triple test bed, superflys c2d, my amd, ur presshot. but then we need three of the same fans... neway i got the ideas set so if u dun mind, i want to do the test my way...
1) stock fan(if it comes with it)
2) passive
3) third party fan
4) low speed
5) high speed
6) orientations of the hsfs
7) verticle and horizontal (case and open bench)

so got so many thigns to do.... 7 things per hsf. But if u wana help out y not.... but i havent set the date yet...so ill give u call later k... smile.gif

ok, fair enuff.. thumbup.gif

but then, a mid-end hsf always has the possibility to beat a high-end hsf rite?
