in my opinion i think schools should be doing that as its good to prepare students to perform. the school i used to attend(learning violin) used to do that. my friend who owns a music school also does concerts

QUOTE(blacktrix @ Jan 9 2007, 09:50 PM) I don't even know WHAT notes I was hitting when I played the guitar behind my back...... actually once its behind our backs all we did was within the Em minor pentatonic box shape or moved up(once in a while) to G major box shape 2 frets up. so, secret is out! thus im hoping to see at much more of u play behind ur head during the next gathering

QUOTE(Everdying @ Jan 9 2007, 11:10 PM) cos they're short and small hey im short too! but then again, im not saying im good. QUOTE Yaya... they should take rocking lessons from you, like throwing in tapping solos into a pop show. this is what i do for tapping in pop songs: i use 2 hand tapping(smth similiar to zack kim where right hand plays chords/bass lines while right plays melody) and play something thats easy to recognize and easy to sing along. a good reference would be listening to video game music (more of the old type games like nintendo and gameboy) and also keyboard playing. hope u get what im saying, if not i can just show u during the gathering.
