Repairing 2009 MacBook, where?

Having severe start-up trouble with an older MacBook. It was a hand-me-down gift so I don't have any of the CDs with the OS. I'm pretty sure it's a hardware problem, so I need to take it to a specialist. The official Mac store in Midvalley couldn't help.
I understand there are some unofficial Mac specialists in lowyat, can anyone suggest a good one? |

YOu could look for Maccentric on Facebook as well. He sorted my MBP 2009 for me. Nice guy, top service.
