QUOTE(FieldEngineer @ May 12 2016, 04:56 PM) Badan sekeping, bash post orang. What talking bro?Orang lain mengutuk ko asyik bash post orang tapi masih noob, ko buat muka tebal je tak malu. Adoi. Aku baca post post bash dia pun malu bagi pihak dia. Selamba belagak macam badan dah properly build. Suddently, come to "guestimation" conclusion. Read all the post dude. learn the meaning of humiliation. QUOTE(FieldEngineer @ May 13 2016, 09:31 AM) Jasmine Pusa Gold 1121 Basmathi Import Rice 2kg Recently learning about white rice, basmati rice and brown rice, I wanna learn more. basmati rice definitely taste nicest but also the most expensive one. In terms of nutrition does basmati nice has more advantage? Why do you pick basmati rice?![]() 2kg will make you much serving as good basmathi rice such as this expand longer than normal rice. Also, you may feel "not full" compare with the same weight of the normal rice. The carb (and the sugar) is lower which let your stomach digest faster. There are no sticky starch on the rice grain when cooked. There is another version of the same brand but preboiled, I didnt like it as the smell is bad and the taste is abit off but it does cooked faster. Basmathi need longer cooking time than normal rice. on the water required, on electric rice pot, you would need 1.25 x rice volume of water. So one pot of rice need 1 1/4 pot of water. Batsmati cook longer and asorb a bit more water than normal rice. Some people have more than 1.25 which up to preference. |

QUOTE(sol_badguy @ May 13 2016, 11:28 AM) Yes, same concept with whole wheat bread compare to white bread. If you eat, 150g of brown rice, it will be good compare to 150g of white rice as brown rice is not polish and have fibers stuck on the outer layer. So you eating less carb with brown. But I hate the taste plus bastmati is good. |

In terms of nutrition does basmati nice has more advantage? Why do you pick basmati rice? I know that basmati have less calorie, which also less starch which will benefit in dealing with sugar in the body. more glucose which turn to less fat reduction, in term of outside workout period.Other than that, I don't think basmati have extra macro. But taste better and expensive. HAHA But 2kg of basmati would provide you with much rice as the rice expended. Also, speedmart and giant sell it at RM20/2kg compare to RM24-RM26 at tesco. afforable. Basmati definitely win in terms of taste, no doubt of it! However, by the rule of 80/20, I bet it falls under the 80% which is not so important to be concerned. Min-maxing stuffs definitely not working for long term imho. The 80/20 Rule for Lifting This post has been edited by helven: May 13 2016, 12:17 PM |

Today I feel my stomach a bit bulky then normal. So will increase a bit by abit on snack and breakfast and protein shake. boiled potatoes, chicken, vegetables, egg. u still get the same amt of nutrients, with possibly a little more protein than the asian fare u been eating...and of cos zero oil. oh ya, everytime i see ur food reminds me of malaysia jail food...zzz...1 small bag of teh-o...small packet of rice with curry fish and very little vegetables...of cos without so many eggs |

So, can try it out. Potatos and chick pea are even wayyyy pricey for tht duration. |

good carbohydrate includes sweet potatoes and oatmeal as well. Do include seeds (sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds) as well.
If you can, right after workout, eat dates.. a good substitute for dextrose |

Steps Taken
![]() ![]() ![]() The bread change the colour to brown 5 minute after the last picture as it keep cooking during cooling. The pizza bottom is total brown and come to crispy/hard so the pizza is not soggy. The Macro I eat 2.2 slices from 6 slices of whole pizza. Stop eating because I scared I miss the planned calorie. But was not as only get below 500 kcal (492.7kcal). But it was not a balance meal as carbo is way higher than protein. Next time I'm gonna have more chicken on top the pizza. Oh ya, I didnt eat the pizza crust to reduce carbo and was deducted from the macro tabulation. ![]() This post has been edited by FieldEngineer: May 15 2016, 05:28 PM |
