The developer managed to deliver VP?Many mentioned long time ago..it ll be abandoned. The reputation of the developer is horrible.

Today I received copy of final billing and instruction from developer to pay misc charges before can collect the key.
I notice they request 4 months advance maintenance charges and sinking fund. (4+1). Is it allowable to collect such advance payment? |
