The prices of pav and paradigm are already very insane

there are some untouched subsales nearby which are farrrr more cheaper

Don't really like the location ...
Not suitable for own-stay... unless u renting it out as motel (which i think some will)

Talking about jam, it is another level of jam lol, which is unbearable for me

That area is already quite saturated.
Unless there're drivers such as NEW additional public transport (MRT,LRT), shopping mall etc
I think capital appreciation will be quite limited

Rental wise hard to tell, i think if you could cover 80% of your installment for 1-2 years after completion consider pretty good
