For own stay, it should be fine.
For investment, i think the surrounding are fetching around RM500+ PSF. The units here are selling at RM600++ PSF which claimed to be the pricing for year 2020/21. With the element of Inflation, it is probably there. How much are you thinking of selling when VP ? Those who got the unit at about RM433K (not facing West), i shall say it is a good buy. |
