you know what cause the jam? because too many selfish ppl parking at the entrance. Beside the islamic bank is not parking lot and lucky restaurant always got some idiots double park.

yes. this pinnacle got basement public parking for their mall and residence parking is at level 3 or 4.
But i believe cheapskate person will still cheapskate, they wont pay a single cent to go in the car park and still will illegal park at roadside.

that area is ong, but i worried unit could not rent out as so many residences around the commercial area and the rental is around RM300- 600 only mostly although those house is a bit old.

Personally if I had the quota I would get 2 units. One for myself to stay and one for investment opportunity.

Actually i did booked 1 unit, but I not yet pass loan documents to agent to proceed because i worry i make the wrong decision as this is my first property.
