Read the discussion, it’s a property talk, where everybody talking about property and well part of its building did collides isn’t it?                                Now i have questions, Can you sue a bunch of peoples having discussion in a forum? I thought our rights protected by the law? “Article 10 of the Constitution of Malaysia guarantees Malaysian citizens the right to freedom of speech, freedom of assembly and freedom of association.” Please do correct me if I’m wrong.

If there’s no violations of the law but a person/company through their legal firm sent/issue a LOD letter, does it consider a legal threat?

“legal threat is a statement by a party that it intends to take legal action on another party, generally accompanied by a demand that the other party take an action demanded by the first party or refrain from taking or continuing actions objected to by the demanding party.”
And what action can be take if a citizen received a legal threat while his/her rights are guaranteed by the constitution?
