Fellow owners, how's the rental market on going there for 2rooms? Seems like worth around 2.2k as i got a subsale unit offer for 465k. Seems like a good chance

people especially developer site and owner said, once the incident occurs, this project was remarked significantly by the housing ministry and local council authority. So to delivery VP & CCC, their project pass through even tough inspection compare to others project. So in the end this project still get the approval and ccc, so peoples are confident about the completion outcome and the defects etc.

Only if developer go through *UT* way to get approval then its another story.
