I have a house using government loan. The disbursements r always delay & lucky my developer waived all the late payment charge. It takes one year plus to make first payment. Good thing is no interest during building time but if 3 years still not vp, u have to start paying for full monthy installment & full interest even money not yet fully disbursed. u will feel like money burn for 1 year, paying full installment, if ur project take 4 years to complete. U need to confirm with the developer for late payment charge.

Mind to know when they are coming in? Or there is already a thread for it?? Need advise...

The changed design has better space utilisation.

Clarified with the SA at their gallery. It seems the latter design is more spacious.
