Just booked one unit @ Amani Residences yesterday. Currently they are having rebates of 7% meaning you only need to pay 3% down payment (assuming you are taking up 90% loan). expected completion is 2020. i choose type B, 3-bedroom, 883 sqft at the highest floor (37th floor) so i am paying RM604,800 for it. Price after rebate for my unit is RM637 per sqft.

I am assuming that most of the new condos at Bandar Puteri is already around RM750 per sqft so i guess this is a good buy?
