Why this thread title put bandar Puteri puchong? Lol misleading no?
It is under Taman puchong hartamas..

JV in between Fivestar Development (Puchong) Sdn bhd n Jaikun International Bhd and do approved back in 2013

Whenever l read lard's shadow in LYN, l see your view too...
Good to hv balance view of both sides, better for potential buyers to decide....

Wooden door and minor partition is doable within ~2k current price…Meter and wiring configuration required more details...best to consultant an electrician/Tenaga staff.
Too early to to comment for now..

ya the lard group has gone in at a lower price and with so many buying for investment the late comers
should reconsider whether worthwhile to take the risk...

Not that I am interested in this project but I am just discussing for the sake of finding out how this can be done in similar situation.

For the electrical meter, the idea is to install submeter instead of changing it to two main meters. I think to add a submeter would not be so expensive.
