Grounding stage usually took the longest, after that progression will be around 3-4 floors in 2 months.

It is coming to 3 years since the launch, no?

And just completed carpark levell? That was one forumner said 1.5years ago.

from the picture can see that the construction site is very close the the terrace houses in puchong hartamas, the owners must be raging with the noise everyday lol

The progress seems a bit slow... looks like only constructed till facility deck (7th floor).
Total 39 floors, so they'll need to build 2~3 floors every month in order to VP on Dec 2020.

The progress looks good by now. Constructing up to level 26. You can refer to the photo taken days ago.

Bandar Puteri Puchong range from Jalan Puteri 1 until Jalan Puteri 12. Amani Residence is located at the Red X which is Persiaran Puteri.
I understand why you think like that because The Pulse property that you bought (located at the Blue X) is within the Central Business District (CBD) of Bandar Puteri Puchong. But it doesn't mean Jalan Puteri 9, 10, 11, 12 are not part of Bandar Puteri Puchong. The property you buy is very good location, you already win. You don't need to throw accusations at other projects. If I am wrong, then you can provide proof.

Towards the lower right of the map, after you pass thru Amani, there is a corner road towards Puchong Hartamas. This is where you will see the sign "Puchong Hartamas" which marks the border of it. This area starts with Jalan PH 1.

I don't see any problem with the address is Puchong Hartamas or Bandar Puteri Puchong... Why one can be so mad about that?

Buyers should done their own research prior making the purchasing decision.

Anyone know how is the occupancy rate in putri hill condo? Got an offer for 638/sf for type A in Amani, and is wondering if it is a good buy for flipping since that area definitely will not fetch good rental. :-$
