guys, I am totally newbie with this Redmi note 3.

Yesterday, I forgot my lock pattern and I cant login into the mi account due to wrong email been set on my phone.

Now, my phone is been locked and I even cant go into the hard reset menu (volume up + power button) to wipe all the data. It turn into the image of mi phone and cable....

already also turn it into fastboot mode (using mi flash) but extract the source file as destination but it turn into "The system cant find the file specified)

anyone can assist?

anyone else know how to hard reset it.
