Hmm. I thought SD very good to  handling batt comsumpsion compare to mediatek.

Just compare for what i use in rn3 and p70. Seems p70 more gooding at battery life

btw, volte just piggy back on your lte network, if your telco doesnt enable it..then the calls will just use edge or h network. afaik digi got test..but not sure when they will implement nationwide...and it doesnt drain your battery much.
