I find the phone overall is good but has some minor issues
1. backlight not responsive enough to ambient changes.
2. on wifi - loading FB, IG ...gudness takes ages, have to quit apps and restart.

Check whether you used any battery saving profile. If not, recheck the settings again.
Or if u afraid it will drain your data, tick the "WLAN only" means it will sync when you are connected to wireless connection.

I hope Xiaomi Malaysia will not do what they did to Mi3 back then. Afraid later they claim all RN3 sold out, no more sell.

I can confirm these happen to me as well.

1. Mobile data not working after using wifi.
2. Sync turn on by itself.
3. Sometimems chrome becums very slow while fb apps very smooth.
4. Keyboard suddenly change by itself.

Now hope i dun get the double apps icon.

Would like to ask about updating to China Developer ROM, can I flash it using the updater tool? MiUnlock stuck at 50%.

Must flash to China Stable 1st using miflash. Then only can update using the updater app on China Stable Rom.
You can't go from Global to China using updater app And you can't flash Developer ROM using miflash.

Yo I'm looking to buy this phone via Bluecube. Does anyone know if they restock already or do they always have stock? My location is Subang.

> flashed china dev rom
> login to my mi account on phone n tool
> unlock

then flash back to global stable rom, flashed the universal bootimg patcher, root

done

if you get error phone is locked during miflash..then you've to use edl mode on miflash

Many BlueCubes are out of stock except maybe the very remote ones. I asked a few and they all
do not know when they are restocking yet. It all depends on when Mi Malaysia is bringing in new stock.

1:Dont have any problem with That

2:if you use battery saver, it will automaticly turn on the sync. Just realise it yerterday after amdathlon ask me to double check battery saver mode

3:i just use default browsers. No problem.. Facebook also okay. Just instagram video load very slow. I use windows phone before and use 6tag. Very laju liao

4:just allow your keyboard to auto start in the permission manager. I also had a same problem. Someone suggest me to to that. And the problem gone.

Wow this is ridiculous. I've been following the Redmi Note 3 for awhile now and it's always out of stock. Seriously considering jumping ship and going for Honor 5x instead.

I received rn3 last month and found out the wifi is not working. When I sent it for warranty, they told me to wait for 3 week before I can get the replacement. Im asking if I can get 1 to 1 warranty but they told no and asked me to wait until they fixed it. May i know if anybody experiencing the same issue
