Apparently you can make a Tribunal Claim as the seller did not shipped or provide any proof of shipment. My parcel was stolen by Poslaju a few months ago, I made a Tribunal Claim and they didn't even registered it and did not even read the complaint I've written because the seller did ship it.

This guy is practically making a living out of scamming people. If the police officer said they needed more people to report this person to open a case then doesn't that mean that you can easily scam people 1-10 times before they do anything? Who knows how long he have been scamming. If the police, kpdnkk, tribunal or ect can't do anything, wont this just encourage more people to scam others?

If 600+ is huge then I lost a fortune lol. RM1880 stolen by Poslaju, another RM860 from an accident that wasn't fully my fault and registering tribunal claim RM5 registering fees+RM6 delivering fees+RM1 Stamp+RM2 two big envelopes, because my case is not the work of their department. Total lost RM2754. This is hell for an unemployed guy who just finished highschool. Can't go to university/college because don't have money+failed Sejarah in spm. This reply is unrelated, I'm just pissed that I couldn't do anything to get my money back because "He have proof of shipping" + "Poslaju fault, maximum compensation RM300".
