If you guys check the number, that scammer has been doing ABC scam for sometimes.

He will enquire to purchase something from legit seller eg : Alipoint or alipay,

Then he will find victim (ts and others) by whatsapp ( can see the number is the same as of different case)

He will ask victim to bank in to the seller account and then seller will give him the item.

Conclusion? He get his thing for free while victim lose his stuff and can only complain to the legit seller.

Please check the phone number / account number if you think the price is too good to be true.

just 5 minute of google will save you a lot.
