Okay, i know it's too late already, but Happy New Year !!!!

actually i wanted to post these pics already, but because of the Taiwan earthquake, Photobucket cannot be used....

So this is it, Super Bling Bling !

this set is custom made for Hypermax......

it consists of 28pcs of multi-colour LED, 14 per channel, 3 colours per channel, meaning you control the red, green and blue colour of the LED to form any colour that you want.

For the controller set, it's made from a 6 channel PWM controller fitted into the 5.5" slot.
As usual, just plug and play concept, pull off the double sided tape on the light bar, screw in the controller set, plug in the molex and you're ready tune it to your mood !!~

YES you can tune any colour that you want !!!!!

here are the light tubes, basically, the length is around a length of CCFL.

i've even sticked reflective sticker on the base of the LEDs to reflect light to the sides...

this is the controller panel and the circuit is behind, as you can see, there are 6 knobs for the panel.

the sequence goes like this [red] [green] [blue] [red] [green] [blue]
first 3 is for first channel, while the other is for the second channel

here comes the problematic part, as his casing is the Thermaltake casing with bay door, the knobs need to be short.
hence, i had to pull back the panel by a few mm, and then adding a black acrylic panel with 6 big holes on it.

here's the 6 channel PWM controller circuit, it's really hard and needs a lot of patience to solder so many components and not burning them.....

not to mention, the knobs of the controller has to be aligned nicely as well....

the heatsinks are not that hot, just slightly warm.....and can hook up a lot more lighting tubes also !!!

wokies, this is a custom ram cooler, added 8pcs of orange SMD LEDs on each corner of the fan, there's a gap between the legs and the fans can also be controlled....

this is also for a forummer here, and it's made like this to fit DFI SLI-Expert if not mistaken.....so enjoy the shots !

I'm bliiiiiinnnnndddd.... Hahahaha...

Speaking of which... you bling folks might wanna check out the car shops. I saw this really bring LED panel 65mmx45mm that is use for replacing the car's reading light.. Pretty damn bright and feeds right off 12V. So that should be quite a good replacement for CCFL and because it's only around 3-4mm thick.. should be pretty damn easy to hide as well.
