In Finder, select Go => Go To Folder...

Then, key in /tmp and you'll be in /tmp folder.

Open another window by pressing key combo CMD+N. Then, navigate to the folder with the files you wish to delete. Drag them to the other finder window which represent /tmp. Then restart (Apple icon => Restart).
