Have you tried updating it via SEUS? The latest firmware for the P990 is much more stable.

But there should be the charger,the manual,a cd to install softwares for the phone and an earphone (which is the hpm-70,i guess.).

Just press more when highlighting one of the icons,select edit. Then click on shortcut icon and browse the files.

Don't know if you can do it on the orange version though.
