I thought it's quite normal for old school double sided BH-5 to be very hard to overclocked even with high voltage on dual channel 1T.

As mentioned, try to play around with the extra memory settings. Loose em a bit, and if not mistaken Tref=3120 is good for BH-5.

2.9V? why not 3.0V or 3.1V? nf3 ultraD got plenty of Vdimm
