Any dfi nf3 ultra-d user here? Did you experience 2-2-2-5 @ 1T issue on this mobo? My old school bh5 seem cant stable at 1T once the fsb over 220mhz even I pump it with high vdimm with the ddr booster. But once I changed to 2T, I were able to hit high fsb as now I'm priming 260 @ 2-2-2-5, 3.5v.

p/s: I'm using 711 official bios.

it worked well with my pair of utt before bro, hit d ceiling when d ram reach 33xMHz @ 2-2-2-5. i assumed u've tried diff slots, so it's either compatibility for old skool bh-5 or alpha timin issue.  smile.gif

do try out others bios but never try d stock one coz it sux...  laugh.gif

I thought it's quite normal for old school double sided BH-5 to be very hard to overclocked even with high voltage on dual channel 1T.

As mentioned, try to play around with the extra memory settings. Loose em a bit, and if not mistaken Tref=3120 is good for BH-5.

not really, this stick can did 268 @ 2-2-2-5, 1T (dual channel, pair with another bh5) prime stable on NF4.

my previously owned khx bh-5 (2*256) able to do 250 @ 2-2-2-5 with 3.3v without any problem on this board. this board have 1t problem only when ram frequency exceed 27xMHz for 2*512MB modules.  smile.gif

maybe the mobo got 1T issue. just noticed that my friend help me got geil one TCCD, will try it and see how it performance on this mobo once I get the ram. smile.gif

Just flashed into NF3UDC19 mod. bios. Noticed 32Byte Granularity & Blank Interleave are available in BIOS. Now priming 2700 with 166 divider, 225 @ 2-2-2-5, 1T. smile.gif Will try over 220 @ tight timing 1T 1:1 later.

@gsan,

how high u oc it with low timing?

you mean the ram speed? with the mod. bios, I think around 230 @ 2-2-2-5, 1T...cant remember well, but confirm sure cant go high.
