found out with my hyper-x (BH-5) running dual channel (512mb) could hit higher speeds if i were to use 2.5-3-3-7@1T. yeah, the timing looks kinda sucky, but then again, there's higher speed to compensate for the timings.
also, the drive strength should be set to weak drive (for me, on my old nf3 ultra-d mobo) if u are to hit 220 and higher speed.
as a starting guide point for u, u should get A64 Tweaker which will give u ther recommended settings for the system that u have, then only u start to slowly tweak and test your new settings from that starting point itself. the safe way of rock stable test that i did for my old rig was to run memtest86t+, then proceed with superPI and then run prime95 and 3dmark at the same time. prime95 will work in your case, regardless of whether it's s-939(which is your mobo socket type) or s-754, but so far i couldnt get prime95 to run on dual core systems...
