well if u are running dfi lanparty ut nf3 ultra-d, there's no way u can do 1T @ 2-2-2-5 even if u pump in 2.9V of vdimm to the thing. u might want to try beta bios for overcoming that problem, but i doubt so even with beta bios u could run 1T with low latency. only successful way i've tried is to run divider, and if your ram could do 2-2-2-5, i see no problem with it running divider on your pc

found out with my hyper-x (BH-5) running dual channel (512mb) could hit higher speeds if i were to use 2.5-3-3-7@1T. yeah, the timing looks kinda sucky, but then again, there's higher speed to compensate for the timings.

also, the drive strength should be set to weak drive (for me, on my old nf3 ultra-d mobo) if u are to hit 220 and higher speed.

as a starting guide point for u, u should get A64 Tweaker which will give u ther recommended settings for the system that u have, then only u start to slowly tweak and test your new settings from that starting point itself. the safe way of rock stable test that i did for my old rig was to run memtest86t+, then proceed with superPI and then run prime95 and 3dmark at the same time. prime95 will work in your case, regardless of whether it's s-939(which is your mobo socket type) or s-754, but so far i couldnt get prime95 to run on dual core systems...

i've attached the zip file here, so feel free to download it. don't worry it is freeware, so there's no violation of the R&R so far...

2.9V? why not 3.0V or 3.1V? nf3 ultraD got plenty of Vdimm

i'd rather stick to a lil bit lower speed than to stretch to that far...
mind u, my old mobo RMA 4 times already wor...even the warranty lady look at me also got pissed already...

1st mobo bought at viewnet, last me for 7 months...
after 1st RMA, lasted me 3 months
after 2nd RMA, lasted me less than 2 days
finally at 3rd RMA, she gave up and replaced me with a new spanking new mobo instead of those which just came back from RMA...
