Yeah, after the fast increase in pricing about 5 years back prices have been stagnant.

First phase will sell well whatever they price it at. Second phase will be interesting if it is around same psf as Eco Park.

It's best to stay within budget when buying a property.

I mentioned it should be good for own stay, mainly because of all the existing facilities in Setia Alam and connectivity to highways.
