I wonder where the main entrance will be?
If use persiaran Setia prima might not be grand enough.
I think open one road on persiaran Setia alam right after toll make sense 😄

From planning point of view to compare, yes. But ES is only mere 300 acre land as part of TA. So TA have to build low cost lor. Actually same lar if you look at overall TA+ES. 😁

Fully agree the duta villa is a wrong product, 1.7m for 26x80 Terrace, gila betul, might as well go for Ecopark. Only plus point I see duta villa is the location slightly higher up than the rest.
