But the tricky of this project will be the access road lo. Nowadays, even Setia Alam not fully develope, the jam is quite bad in the morning and evening... Cant imagine once setia alam fully developed and this Eco A-den....

HI, I saw they are clearing the end road in front of the Setia Damai guard house. Not sure is this one of the link to EA?

It's a cluster house. I think the land size will be square as lie one of the phase in Setia Alam. I think land size is 30x55 (Axillaris, setia Alam). Then, maybe push up to 3 levels.... Let's see....

Ecoworld is clearing the land fast and set up a giant tents after Setia Alam tol. Awaiting for the masterplan and launching.... Will b cool....

Possible pricing le. EW benchmark with Damai Semi D. In Damai Semi D, 35 x 75 2 storey is asking RM1.3M. But no taker. Most probably actual price should be around RM1.2 to RM1.25M. So, EA semi D slightly smaller yet more expensive a bit.

Can see Ecoworld is filling in the swamp area.... For houses build on it, will have concern of unstable earthwork like some early phase Setia Damai house. Keep in mind....

My personal opinion as layman, I think mining refill more dangerous because normally the land erosion is always very sudden like suddenly big sink hole at the garden, at the living hall. Swampy area land settlement take time, normally, the first sign is wall cracking... at least give u warning first... But both also give u major headache...

I stay in Setia Alam. Yes, it's quite far from PJ and even further from KL. But, the township is self sustained. Have a lot of amenities here. The landed still doing well mainly due to 10/90 scheme. For apartment/ condo, no market here mainly due to overprice and people still prefer landed in this part of Klang Valley. Overall, I think this is a good township but only worry is traffic is worsening... Just my opinion brows.gif
