This type of layout have one big problem. The kitchen cooking smell and gas will circulate the whole house as it is inside the house. Lake Edge houses got this problem.

this is one hell of statement. U will be the love of any developer....

Anything more than 1mil, very risky for subsale. Too many choices and not easy to get loan...

Just dont believe u can profit when VP... The history is history....
