Eco Sanctuary vs Eco Ardence. Anyone done any analysis comparing this 2?
1. ES (Leasehold), EA(Freehold) 2. ES benefits from IJM + Tropicana & the existing community / amenities of Kota Kemuning, EA benefits from the flourished + booming of Setia Alam. 3. Price diff? 4.
