This EA going to attract alot of Klang upgrader.
Especially the DSLH or landed around Rm1mil. I understand from my Klang friends this EA will fill a void where there is a demand for G&G for Klang ppl especially on the opposite end of Klang, i.e. Ambang Botanic. Not many projects in this part of Klang that is G&G and around Rm1mil. The semi-d indicative price of 1.3mil will also likely means the DSLH will be around Rm1mil. Definitely will attract upgrades if the land size and BU is reasonable. Expecting a BBB from Klang ppl. |
