think it was 700psf which is madness since when i pass trefail at nights looks like very few lights. still empty? one of my colleague rent the smallest unit, sort of as a storeroom because he is now travelling extensively, for rm800...

but setia city mall is quite a good mall imo just not as crowded as the tenant profiles would warrant...

work around one day a week in here and the access road from nkve is one of the most hellish place in klang valley to drive after 6. know a few intl school parents actually rent the infamously cheap trefail as a refuge for the afternoon /evening in case traffic is too bad or just as a "put foot" place even though they stay in other part of klang or subang or dsara. on other hand also know many people who move here from bu or dsara, upgrade to larger houses when work hours become shorter. no where suits everyone lah.
