Yeah, definitely..see their presentation of their townships on the websites have the wow factor unlike the other developers. Their 3D modelers, IT ppl, architects should be well paid laugh.gif

But history has it...when setia started piling for its setia walk..it did affected those landed in wawasan.

Very much dependent on soil investigation report. 2 storey homes also need piling if soil conditions are not good enough. If soil is very good, even 3 storey shop lots also don't have to use piling
