Hi, I receive 20hours cool down after playing some matches at competitive match

1) how many matches won and will get this cool down.
2) Can we reset the 20hours? I find it very addictive and fun . How do I keep playing? Is it need to buy the access passRm23 to reset it??

1) 2 matches won per day iirc
2) Only things to do is wait , after you get your skill group you can play it as many times as you want
