if LvG philosophy is keeping the ball, then Mourinho philosophy is not having the ball half the game

but basically, first he will trim the squad for sure. keeping his best 11 and a few back up to cover for it. honestly it doesn't matter if they are youth or not, as long as he thinks they are good enough and got that winning mentality.
hardworking players sure get more chances like Willian/Ramires at Chelsea.

he will expect your players to track back, work hard on all aspect, cover the whole field and start attacking and defending as a team, even strikers have to contribute defensively.

Mourinho's team usually hard to break down and hits hard on the counter, so expect to be bombarded by the opposition and in big games, spend half the game without the ball

but he is not one that is afraid to take risks, especially when chasing a game down.

if your players don't give him everything, it won't work well.

some of you might think its boring, but he will win some trophies once he got his balance of team right, most probably even win the league

oh ya, forgot to mention about his antics and statements. we love him at Chelsea so we will defend him to the death, but at Man Utd, not sure you guys can take it. if you think LvG is full of shit, this guy has a bucket more to throw at refs, FA, management, fans etc.
