So far, black ops 3 is the worst regarding latency to me, around 140. I own most of the cod series except WaW & AW. Even in blops 1 & 2, it doesn't lag much or rubberband that much in MP. Btw i'm on wired connection & i think VPN is bannable by steam if i'm not mistaken.
