The problem is not their recipe ... A&W used to serve good waffle, fried chicken, curly fries, hot dog and root beer. But the quality is not there anymore..

The problem is the person that is managing the franchise. Bad management ... They pay some of their creditors with the company's shity shares which worth nothing ... Their financial record was a mess.. About 10 years ago when I wan engaged in some of their financial related work.. Not sure their financial situation now ...
