Hi all sifu, I am thinking of buying a new property for own stay around this hot Kepong region my main criteria is walkable distance to MRT station. Right now i am getting quotation around RM450k for both Mizumi 932sqft (facing lake view) and The Herz 1073sqft. Which one should i choose or there is other better alternative? Thanks guys! 

Interested in this property, may i know is the MRT still will build?

Good news to the ppl there especially kepongmas, can park beside road.

Anyway, I hope the authority can take action to prevent any double park or illegal park beside yellow line.
