Hi guys, it's great to join this chatroom and meet more mizumi buyers to exchange our opinion. My agent told me that is only one car park entrance and exit for all 3 blocks. is one entrance sufficient to serve the traffic during peak working hour? Besides, the road/street near there seems small and there will be 6000+ units surround that area in the future. Is there any plan from developer to solve this? Appreciate if anyone willing to share some info as i am not that experience in property and this is my first house, thanks in advance and great to meet you guys! biggrin.gif

Yes, there will be only one entrance to mizumi. About the main road, I was told that it will be upgraded to double lanes from the existing single lane. However do note that double lanes don't necessary means that it will solve that issue, no 1 because of the super high density in that area and everyone sharing the same road, no 2 because of double parks i can confirm this will definitely happen where residence park their car alongside the roads due to insufficient parking lots.

Thanks for all the information smile.gif
Hmm... means traffic jam is 100% confirm for this area during peak hour sweat.gif
may i know why you all still willing to purchase a unit even though this area will be very congested?
i have booked a unit, but now i am considering to cancel booking or not due to the super high density...

its an affordable price and easy access to many places so its still ok for me. Jam is everywhere in KL

The price is really attractive, but the major drawback is the super high density and new developer. Is there any project that this developer completed before this or this is their first project?

I went to united Point showroom as well. Famous developer with good review. But i dont like staying next to a Mall and that road is jam too

Yes, but at least their car park is planned better with more entrance and not high dense as kepong area, but need to pay RM100 more for every sf

no offence, but a few hundreds thousands worth of property need to use "at least" for comparison then better no need buy liao.

FYI, the united point thread filled with ssa that keep pretending like buyers with "pls pm bro" to make their products look hot.

haha, you got your point, i am still looking other project near kepong area to check any better choice other than Mizumi. So far Mizumi still seems to be the better choice due to its price, much lower compared to other project that provide similar environment...

my sincere advise, high dense better don't touch especially your intention is so called investment.
I haven't see any high dense project ended up NOT UGLY due to rental/selling price war.
it's like telling me GRR project gonna bbbuuu...

If 30% of the high dense project buyers are flipper without holding power=gg already.

Thanks bro, for all the advise, will re consider my choice on mizumi, do u mind to share some info of property that is well worth for investment?

why property especially condo in this kind of bad times? (if you cash rich lembu that can buy cash, then you're easily win win win) If ltv 90 bank, good luck notworthy.gif

can you see high rise everywhere and many of those units occupancy rate is <50%... what make you think that you can outrun the big market???

stop listening to skl about buy now sell high in future or what 67 theory, ingat intra trade in KLSE? buy low sell high kantoi dia.
*
Haha, got it, seems like now is not the correct timing to invest in condo huh, too much supply over demand
