Just came back from the sales gallery. IMHO, this project is same as the Henge.
1. They are equally high density 2. They are selling the same price (in terms of PSF) 3. They are just side by side.
However, i would like to compare this 2 project with Fortune Perdana (Which is completing soon, latest by 2017)
I would choose Fortune Perdana because :
1. It has lower density (3 Blocks total unit 600+ only) 2. Fortune Perdana is completing soon. 3. It is more strategic, nearer to MRT, Aeon, Jusco 4. Investor will like because it has more potential. (MUCH lesser unit) 5. Home buyer will prefer because residence will be better (lesser crowd, lesser problem)

Comparing Mizumi v Henge v Fortune Perdana (completing soon). I would opt to buy Fortune PErdana instead.
Reason is because Fortune Perdana has MUCH lower density. I am staying in cheras right now and i know how many problems will occur when you stay in a high density condo. You will have to deal with many owners without paying maintenance fee, risk of many empty units renting to Bangla, Negro, foreigners where they will create hassle. Also, condos with high density always have higher risk of theft and thivery.
So, i think i will wait for fortune perdana to complete and buy a unit there instead.
P/S. you always pay for what you get. You pay more, you get better furnishing, better condo, better community, better residence.
You pay less, you will get palia community, palia furnishing.
