1) apply through legit agent is much efficient.

2) disadvantage is lhdn might know your door. Assuming your income wasn't tally to your cash in hands, it would be trouble.

3) use developer lawyer.
Different is you pay to developer directly (in progressive payment according to building progress) instead of disbursement by bank.

Paiseh, yes I applied and gotten the surat berjaya, then i called the Wawasan Metro Bina and they said just print the surat berjaya , go to mizumi sales gallery to choose a unit ( no ballot), parking is preassigned for the unit you choose ( but no parking layout yet ).

I chose the option from 18th floor above so ya they allowed us to choose from 18th to 35th floor (i dun rmb how many floors), block a, b or c still got units.

Depends on your luck. Im waiting for one month already, today I received an  email
from urusetia rumawip says 'Permohonan Tidak Lengkap'. This is because of not attach the kwsp statement (im uploading my ec form). Now i have to wait again.

I'm not so sure about that. it's based on residensi wilayah how they choose the applicant.
